No water, no life. No blue, no green. - Sylvia Earle |
Overview
In this project learned about the San Diego River and other bodies of water. We started off by going on field trips and wondering about things that really interest us. We then chose our topics and broke up into partnerships that corresponded with our topics. After that we wrote a wondering essay about what we wondered about our topic to put in a mini- book that we would be making along with another essay which we made later. We also made a box out of wood to hold a poster about a project which we would showcase at exhibition.

Phase 4:Just wondering
This stage we wrote a multi- page essay about what we thought and wondered about our topic. This essay was supposed to be without research. To see the final draft click here. |
Phase 5: Boxes
We researched our topic further by looking online and went to the San Diego history center and started making a box for exhibition. this box was mad out of wood but inside we talked about what we researched through math and humanities lenses. To see the final draft click here. |
